I have experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python. And I am proficient with Git, SQL, Office Suite, Salesforce, Looker, and PowerBI.
Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, I am a strong communicator, collaborator, and mentor able to effectively build and nurture strong relationships with direct reports, customers, stakeholders, organizational leadership, and colleagues.
Main Projects
- Responsible for forecasting, pipeline analysis, and regular updates to the Sales Leadership team through worksheets, reports and decks;
- Work with key sales leaders on critical strategic, organizational, and operational projects designed to increase revenue, sales productivity, and operational efficiency;
- Collaborated with internal teams and external partners, and led the analytics side of a project to redesign Salesforce;
- Developed and automated reports that helped the Compensation Team decrease the time spent at the end of the month/quarter processes;
- Created Looker dashboards and reports, and cross-functionally set OKR for the Channels Team;
- Reported insights to track company progress periodically via month/quarter-end packets, and regular updates to the Microsoft Leadership;
- Worked with key sales leaders on critical strategic, organizational, and operational projects designed to increase revenue, sales productivity, and operational efficiency;
- Developed a list of ~1000 target companies in each of the four global verticals; ranked list by product fit and top-line revenue growth;
- Developed seats and revenue model for quota setting, collaborating with Finance and providing regular updates to the Leadership Team;
- Helped launch products working on go-to-market strategy and working alongside Sales, Product, Finance and Marketing teams;
- Created tracking methodology for new product launches and automated reports to make data self-serviceable for the teams, allowing them to measure performance and plan for headcount;
- Led a project to create a Source of Truth for G Suite metrics in collaboration with Finance, BI, Marketing, and Product, this solved issues of different numbers being reported to the leadership team.
